FAQ

Is leasing cheaper than a loan?
It depends on your tax situation. For a business on the tax scale or flat tax, an operating lease usually wins thanks to the tax shield (instalments as costs, VAT spread out), but under the lump-sum tax you cannot deduct costs — and the advantage disappears. As a private buyer, compare the loan's APR with the total cost of consumer leasing.

Is buying a car through the business worth it?
Only if your tax form allows deducting costs (scale, flat). From 2026 the cap on a car's value in costs is 100,000 zł for combustion cars, 150,000 zł for low-emission and 225,000 zł for EVs. You deduct 50% VAT for mixed use or 100% for business-only use (VAT-26 + a mileage log).

How is creditworthiness calculated?
Banks compute the DStI ratio — instalments against net income — with the interest-rate buffer required by KNF. In practice: stable income, low liabilities and a clean BIK history raise your capacity. Get an indicative range in the calculator at Finumero.

Which business account should I choose?
Look at total cost, not the „PLN 0” slogan: conditional card and withdrawal fees, transfer costs (incl. currency transfers), bundled accounting. For car importers a cheap EUR/UAH transfer matters. A comparison of current offers is at Finumero.
